What makes popcorn special is the high quality of the grains. We use A-class grains, which become mushroom-shaped after expansion (a cheaper alternative is butterfly-shaped popcorn). Due to the mushroom shape, there is more of a tasty part, the product retains vitamins and minerals better and the fiber content is higher. Despite the fact that it is a fairly simple product, due to its high quality, it is one of our main export products and highly valued in foreign markets.
